Burkenroad investment conference to be held on Tulane campus | Business News

Burkenroad Reports will hold its annual investment conference from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 25, in the Lavin-Bernick Center on the Tulane University campus, 29 McAlister Drive.

The conference will feature presentations from leaders with 15 public companies, including Pool Corp., Cal-Maine Foods, Crown Crafts, b1Bank, VieMed Healthcare and Amerisafe.

Tom Putnam, the founder of Fenimore Asset Management, and his daughter Anne will be the keynote speakers. They will discuss their investment business and Tom Putnam’s decision to hand it over to his daughter.

The conference will also feature a panel discussion on alternative investments and venture capital.
