HYDERABAD: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) has issued a public caution against Krithika Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Krithika Infra Developers, citing multiple complaints of fraud involving their project ‘Sheshadri’s Silver Oak’ at Boduppal village in Medchal-Malkajgiri district.

According to authority, complainants alleged that despite paying full or partial amounts for plots in the project, sale deeds were neither executed nor registered by the promoters. The whereabouts of the promoters, D Srikanth, Shashikanth, D Gopal and Radhabukya, was currently unknown.

The project was found to be unregistered with TG RERA and no permissions were obtained from HMDA or GHMC.

TG RERA had also imposed a penalty of ₹9.9 lakh in Dec last year on Krithika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for marketing and advertising without registration.

TG RERA officials said the developers had collected amounts exceeding 10% of the cost of plots without executing or registering sale agreements as mandated under Section 13(1) of the Act. This amounted to fraudulent collection and a clear case of misleading the public. The public has been strictly advised not to engage in any transactions involving these entities or their projects, officials said.
