Kolte-Patil Developers reports annual sales of ₹2,791 crore in FY25, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Kolte-Patil Developers has reported annual sales of ₹2,791 crore in the financial year 2024-25, declining one per cent year-on-year. About 42% of the total pre-sales value for FY25 came from new launches.
The company launched projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore during the financial year.
Atul Bohra, group CEO of the company said, “Sales at ₹2,791 crore remained muted, impacted by delay in the planned project launches. New launches contributed ~42% to overall sales, reaffirming the optimistic demand scenario for our projects. On the business development front, we added a project in Wadgaon (Pune) with the GDV of ₹4,000 crore during the year.”
The company’s collections stood at ₹2,432 crore during FY25, marking a growth of 18% year-on-year. Sales volume were at 3.60 million sq ft, registering a decline of eight per cent year-on-year.
During FY25, average realizations were at ₹7,758 per sq ft, registering 8% year-on-year growth.
