Akshay Kumar sells office space in Mumbai for ₹8 crore, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Akshay Kumar has sold his office space in One Place Lodha, Lower Parel, Mumbai, for ₹8 crore. The apartment was purchased by Kumar in December 2020 for ₹4.85 crore, reflecting a 65% appreciation in value.
The office space has a carpet area of 106.56 sq meters (1,146.88 sq ft) and includes two car parking spaces.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs.48 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in April 2025.
Other bollywood actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and Manoj Bajpayee, also own properties in Lower Parel.
One Palace Lodha is a commercial project by Macrotech Developers and spans 1.08 acres and offers office spaces ranging from 179 sq ft to 27,392 sq ft. The average property price for the project stands at ₹48,000 per sq ft, according to Square Yards.
