Bossier Parish Community College host small business expo |

BOSSIER CITY, La. – Bossier Parish Community College held its first small business expo on Saturday.

The expo introduces business students and community members to local entrepreneurs. This allows students to network and learn about career options when they graduate.

“Small businesses are really the backbone of the American economy, and that is so true for the Shreveport-Bossier community. Often times more individuals will get their early starts in a career or with a small business,” said Nathaniel Manning, Bossier Parish Community College business administration program director. 

The BPCC business department hopes to make this an annual event for students and the community.
