CCI Group invests ₹227 crore in logistics park in Sohna-Silani, Gurugram, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: CCI Group has invested ₹227 crore in the development of a grade-A warehouse facility in Sohan-Silani, Gurugram. The total project cost encompasses land acquisition, construction, and infrastructure development.
Spanning approximately 9.5 lakh sq ft, the facility has features such as a clear height of 12 meters, FM2-grade flooring, cross dock multiple loading points, and wide internal RCC roads to support efficient vehicle circulation.
The project is expected to generate over 300 direct jobs during the construction phase, along with more than 250 indirect employment opportunities in logistics operations, security, and support services.
