JAIPUR: After the overwhelming success of housing projects of Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is set to introduce two residential schemes for middle-income groups in Jaipur. Both the schemes are planned in Mansarovar area, one on Sipra Path and the other on Surya Marg.
“These two schemes are expected to be launched by June. We are also preparing to launch a scheme of 60 flats in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar,” said an RHB official.
The housing schemes in Mansarovar are meant for two middle-income groups. The two schemes – named Ganga and Gulmohar – will have 160 flats of 2-BHK and 3-BHK categories.
“The minimum price has been fixed around Rs 45 lakh. It is after about 10 years that RHB is building an MIG property in Mansarovar locality, the last being Dwarka Apartment,” the official added.
RHB is also set to launch housing schemes in Udaipur, Barmer, Kota and Hanumangarh. “Both flats and independent housing options will be available under these. The projects are meant for economically weaker sections (EWS), low-income groups (LIG), MIG, and HIG,” said an official.
