NEW DELHI: Jaipur-based Accuspace plans to invest ₹700 crore in the financial year 2025-26 to expand its business. The company aims to enhance its presence by developing advanced logistics parks, built-to-suit (BTS) warehousing, and office infrastructure.
It plans to develop 20 million sq ft by 2030 and is currently on track to add over a million sq ft annually. The company anticipates rental values in the range of Rs 60 to Rs 80 per sq ft across asset classes.
The company is planning to execute one million sq ft of mixed-use development in Jaipur, completion by the financial year 2028–29.
It has already expanded its operations into Delhi-NCR, acquiring high-end tenants and commercial properties.
