Willowcrest Phase I broke ground in Renton not long before the pandemic. After some understandable COVID-19 delays, the affordable townhouse complex opened in the fall of 2021 in the Sunset area of the Renton Highlands. Those three buildings, at and around 2550 N.E. 11th Place , have sold all 12 homes to income-restricted owners.
