Amrita Puri and family buy apartment in Mumbai for ₹37 crore, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Amrita Puri, an actress, along with her parents Aditya and Anita Puri, has purchased a residential apartment in Lower Parel, Mumbai for ₹37 crore, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The transaction was officially registered in April 2025.
The apartment is situated in World One, a part of The World Towers developed by the Lodha Group, and has a built-up area of 505.85 sq meters (5,446.53 sq ft).
The transaction included a stamp duty payment of ₹2.22 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000. Additionally, the purchase includes rights to four car parking spaces.
