B L Kashyap & Sons secures ₹510 crore construction contract for Sky Palazzo Residences in Gurugram, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: B L Kashyap & Sons, a engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, has secured construction contract valued at ₹510 crore from Fidatocity Homes.
The company will develop a residential project – Sky Palazzo Residences, located in Sector 88B, Gurugram.
Vineet Kashyap, managing director of BL Kashyap and Sons said, “With this ₹5.10 billion project for Sky Palazzo Residences, our order book reflects strong momentum and a healthy pipeline. NCR remains one of our most strategic regions.”
The residential group housing project has an approximately built up area of 28.30 lakh sq ft and is expected to be completed in 33 months.
