Bastyr acquired the campus, with a mish-mash of structures, from the Catholic Archdiocese in 2005.

After 20 years in Kenmore, Bastyr University announced yesterday that it is selling that 50-acre campus. At the same time, Berkadia said it was the broker, with no set asking price or deadline for offers.
