Sohail Khan lease out shop in Mumbai for ₹16.89 lakh per month, ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Sohail Khan has leased out his shop to The Irish House Food and Beverages situated in Bandra, Mumbai for a monthly rent starting at ₹16.89 lakh. The shop has a built-up area of 119.88 sq meters (1,290.57 sq ft).
The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹2.67 lakh and registration charges of ₹1,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The deal was officially registered in March 2025.
The rental agreement also required a security deposit of ₹60 lakh.
The shop was originally purchased in April 2009 for ₹3.11 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
