ELMS Aviation platform to power talent strategy at Gama Aviation

Aviation services provider, Gama Aviation, has has signed a new long-term agreement with ELMS Aviation to extend the use of its cloud-based personnel competence and compliance platform across the company’s global operations.

Initially adopted by Gama Aviation’s MRO division, the ELMS Solution was implemented to support the development of the next generation of aircraft maintenance and engineering professionals. After demonstrating measurable improvements in workforce planning and development, the platform is now being rolled out business-wide.

The ELMS Solution offers a centralised, real-time view of employee qualifications, training, and experience. This enables Gama Aviation to streamline talent management, simplify compliance, and strengthen succession planning.

The system also supports job assessments, workflow tracking, and complex authorisation processes – accessible from any connected device.

By leveraging the ELMS Solution across all business units, Gama Aviation gains an immediate understanding of personnel capabilities and certification status, allowing for optimal task allocation across its diverse network of services, stations, and aircraft types.

Key to the extended roll out is the platform’s ability to integrate and complement Gama Aviation’s existing IT ecosystem. Through its intuitive interface, ELMS users can utilise powerful integration enablers, such as APIs and Webhooks, to seamlessly incorporate the platform into a range of other systems and domains.
